  2. They were just doing their job. I wonder how she would have responded if she had been the officer. does she realize how ridiculous she sounded? Confrontational? I think she just wanted to get it on tape so she could stir everyone up. Guess she didnt think she would get tazed after shoving the officer.

  3. Would it be ok if they showed up at your house and wanted to do a search for no reason,or maybe because they don't like your political believes would that be ok? Unbelievable! She stood up for her rights, and we have idiots condemning her for doing it.

  4. She acted as if she was the law.She did not follow instruction, like we all have to,This is a pity party because some woman cant obey the law and took it upun herself to go against it.I feel no pity on people like this, they are cops doing their job..all she had to do is open her trunk and she couldn't handle it....no wonder people are getting shot because they over react to little things LIKE THIS...Please people ...if she was a criminal justice major then she should have said ,,,hey cop ,great job you are doing im going to be like you one day,,,,,,instead she made a complete fool of herself...OBEY THE LAW EVEN IF YOUR RIGHT...NO NEED TO FIGHT!! THATS WHAT COURT IS FOR

  5. Yeah shame on this "Stupid Girl" for knowing her constitutional rights and standing up for them! The officers KNOW that it is your right to refuse a search without a warrant. That is why they ASK FOR YOUR PERMISSION to search your vehicle. The Fourth Amendment of our constitution guarantees our right to live free of “unreasonable searches and seizures” . It has been upheld repeatedly by the Supreme Court. IT IS THE LAW! YES we need to obey the law, the general public AND Law Enforcement.
