The WDT reports today that people are having a tough time 'Hoofing' it around the City of Watertown, because people need to shovel off their walkways. Maybe the Mayor who professes to always be there for City residents can knock on a few doors and help get the sidewalks cleared before pedestrians get hurt walking on the street instead of the smow blocked sidewalks!
